Policy Terms & Conditions for DLS Limousine & Coach 1. All deposits are NON refundable. 2. Cancellation policy is 72 hours for Coaches, Mini-Coaches & Limo Buses except prom (Two Weeks cancellation policy is fully enforced), 48 hours for Stretched limos, SUV’s & Luxury sedans, 24 hours for Lincoln Town Car Sedans. 2. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a Mutually agreed date. 3. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any Members of their party. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Broken classes $10 per class, ripped seats $250. Scratched to the bar $500. 4.  Alcohol Consumption is reserved for passengers of legal drinking age at their own responsibility. 5.  Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. 6. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. 7. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME in ANY of our limousines. 4. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. 5. Not responsible for delays or run termination caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. flooding, accidents, etc.). 6. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. 7. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. 8. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. 9. Hourly rates do not includes tolls, parking, fuel surcharge, tax, and gratuity. 10. Two (2) Hours minimum for sedan, Three Hours minimum for Luxury Sedan & SUV’s, Four Hours minimum for Stretched Limos, Six Hours minimum for Mini-Coaches & Limo Buses, Eight (8) hours minimum for Coaches.
